We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to make a return if it already came damaged/broken. 

You will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item such as shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are shipping a return that's over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To initiate your return, please email with your order number and we will provide additional instructions.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will happily send you a replacement. Please contact our support email with a brief description of the problem and a image/video of the defect - we will assist you with replacing your product.

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product is received by our quality assurance team who confirms if it fits within our return policy. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It may take some time for it to show up depending on what bank/service you use.
